Four Persons out of the five accused persons appeared in court on the 8th of December, 2017 still on the issue of unclassified and uncensored film and video works in an unlicensed premises.

The hearing on the said matter which was slated for December 8 for four out of the five accused persons namely, Ugochukwu Ikwagwu, Chukwuka David, Uchechukwwu Chukwuma and Austin Ugokwu, held on Friday at the Federal high court Ikoyi, Lagos.

Application for bail by the legal counsel of the defendants was denied. Further hearing on the matter was slated for December 13, 2017.

Present in court was the Executive Director of National Film and Video Censors Board (NFVCB), Alh. Adedayo Thomas, with him was also the popular Yoruba comedy film actor Adewale Adeoye , A.K.A Baba Eleso.
